Athena " Tina" Georganas (née Chiampas), beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt, passed away peacefully at the age of 94. She was born in Nestani, Greece, and later built a life centered on family, faith, and love.

Athena was preceded in death by her devoted husband, John Georganas. She is survived by her loving son, George Georganas; her cherished grandchildren, Jason, Justin, and Tina; and her adored five great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy. She is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews who were a very important part of her life and who loved her dearly.

Athena was a sweet and kind woman whose warmth could be felt by all who knew her. She was an avid knitter, famously creating the most beautiful handmade baby blankets, hats and scarves for every grandchild and great-grandchild—each stitch a quiet expression of her love. She also loved to cook and took great pride in caring for her family through food, tradition, and generosity.

A woman of deep faith, Athena remained closely connected to her Greek Orthodox roots throughout her life. Athena's legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
