Barbara Murphy, (nee Stokosinski), age 81, passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was born on February 3, 1945 and entered eternal life on October 27, 2026.
Barbara was the beloved wife of Tom for nearly 60 years. She was a loving mom to Susie Cooney (Nick), Debbie Kehoe (Brian), and Katie Anderson (Eric), and a proud grandma to Nick, Matthew, Shannon, Mackenzie, Connor, and Jack. A cherished aunt to her many nieces and nephews; sister - in - law to Jim and Anna Murphy, Pete and Barbara Murphy and a friend to many. We cannot forget Teddy, their beloved Golden Doodle. He watched over her and gave endless cuddles and comfort.
She was preceded in death by her dear sister Pat Giersewicz (Don) and her mother Virgina Stokosinski.
Barbara was not only a wonderful wife, mom, and grandma, but also an amazing nurse. She cared deeply for her patients and always treated them with kindness, dignity, and compassion.
Barbara loved a good bargain and was always happy to find a great deal. She especially loved Christmas and all the joy and excitement that came with the holiday. Her love for her family, her caring nature, and the special memories she created with those she loved will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
