Benjamin "Ben" Peters, of Westchester, 91, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2024 surrounded by his family. U.S. Navy Veteran. He is reunited with his wife Lawanda "June" Peters (nee Overend) and his brother and sisters. He is survived by his children Thomas (Cheryl) and Debra; his six granddaughters Nina, R.J. (Martin) Luoma, Laura (Gino) Allegri, Paige (Keywan) Luoma, Stephanie (Mark) Cothron, and Mikala Luoma; his great-grandchildren Nicolas, Kayden, Peyton, Anthony, Dominic, Karter, Lucas, Cole and Kalianna; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Ben was a Superfan of Westchester Girls Softball, was an avid Cubs fan, loved golf, sweets and most of all spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
