Edward "Patrick" Creedon Jr., 42, went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2025 from where he lived in Nunn, CO.  He was born on May 31, 1982, in Oak Park, Illinois to Edward Sr. & Karen (Evon) Creedon.

Beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, Patrick is survived by his parents, Edward Sr. & Karen Creedon; siblings, Matthew Creedon, Erin (Nathan) Bruner, and Connor Creedon; Uncle to  Charlie & Jovie Bruner; his loving & best four-legged-friend, Veya; his extended family of the Stampede Club in Aurora, Colorado, his band members of the Flatiron Brothers, and countless  other loving friends & family..

He is preceded in death by his two loving dogs, Noma & Average

Patrick attended Ascension Grade School, Oak Park River Forest High School, St John's Military Academy where he excelled at wrestling, and Triton College where he served as President of Student Government and earned his Associate's Degree.  From there, Patrick's journey was an adventure.  He touched so many lives in his travels and band life as a remarkable guitarist with; Liquor Boxx, The Great I Am the Band and most recently The Flatiron Brothers.  In 2018, he found his home in Colorado and began working at Stampede where he developed a very special bond with his Stampede family, co-workers and patrons.  He will be deeply missed.

Still connected to friends from grade school, high school and beyond, he will be remembered as a brother, son, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend and confidant.  The lives Patrick touched and the (sometimes unbelievable) stories cherished in people's hearts will live on in our memories, continuing to bring laughter and comfort to all who remember him.

We will miss his infectious spirit, kindness and generosity.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 2:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. with a 6:00 p.m. Chapel Service at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W.
