Evelyn Vizek, nee Vecchiollo, age 86, of Nevada, formerly of Plainfield and Stickney. Beloved wife of the late James Vizek; Loving Mother of Annette (Greg) Lynch, Peter (Lynn), Matthew (Susan Niemic) Vizek and Valerie Kakolires. Proud grandmother of Karina and the late Andrei Lynch, Anthony (Ashley) Vizek, Tyler and Petey Vizek, Rob Niemic (Lauren), Brianne (Michael) Oliver, Jon (Alyssa) Niemic; and Athena Quinn (Matthew), Elizabeth and the late Nicholas Kakolires;  great-grandmother of Gus, Ryker, Addison, Tommy, Callie, Zeke, Jax, Bryce, JJ, Baby Niemic, and baby to be Vizek.  Dear sister of Joanne (Louis) Pavia and the late Mary Lou (the late Joseph) Piscopo. Fond aunt and great-aunt of many. Evelyn loved family vacations, cooking, and word search puzzles. Evelyn was best known for dedication and loyalty to her family. Family and friends will be received on June 7th, 2025 at Wesmere Country Club, 2101 Wesmere Pkwy, Plainfield, IL 60586 from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM for a Celebration of Life gathering (Lunch will be served with some of Evelyn's favorite recipes).
