George Gambino of Oak Park, age 95. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte F., nee Schweigler; loving father of Lenore (Jim) Tomera, Cheryl (Lars) Brandt and Gary (Jenny) Gambino; proud grandfather of Stephanie (Steve), Lindsay, Kimberly (Donald), Damir and Anna; great-grandfather of Charlotte and Gwendolyn; preceded in death by his siblings Hank, Francis, Fred, Tony, Antionette, Albert, Dave and Vince; fond uncle of many. George was a dedicated employee of Victor Dana for over 52 years. He was an avid Chicago sports fan, loved to tell stories over a good cup of coffee and was a stock market extraordinaire.
