Beloved husband of Mary, nee Stark; loving father of Patricia Fitch, Kathryn Fox, Fred Fox and the late Sandra Fox; proud grandfather of Julia Fitch; preceded in death by his siblings Pauline, John and Anna. While Gerald's first career was as a general manager for a Buick dealership, later in life he followed his faith and desire to serve his community by becoming a Deacon and ministering in Catholic Churches in the western suburbs for 20 years.
