James E. Eldridge, age 75, of Brookfield. Loving and supportive significant other to Melissa Hill for over 30 years. Devoted son of the late Ruben W. and Bonnie (nee Stiefel) Eldridge. Survived by Marilyn (nee Mitchell) and the late George Hill.

James loved watching television, especially sports, in particular, the Chicago Cubs. James will be remembered as an outgoing and well-loved person.

Services and interment will remain private.
