Jennie Snoply, nee Chiganos, of Downers Grove, passed away peacefully at the age of 102 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Gus; loving mother of Paul (Linda) Snoply and Pam (George) Pentaris; proud grandmother of Maria, George (Christalla) and Dean (Rachel) Pentaris and Andrew (Jill) and Nicholas (Stacey) Snoply; great YiaYia of 12; preceded in death by her siblings Toula (late Leon) Savide, Chris (late Demetra) Chiganos and Rev. William S. (Presbytera Effie) Chiganos; loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Jennie was the heart of our family — a woman of unwavering strength, selfless love, and deep faith. Her life was marked by resilience, grace, and a fierce devotion to those she loved. Jennie's hands held generations together, and her wisdom and warmth shaped us in countless ways. Her faith in God was the foundation of her life and a source of comfort to all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and unshakable spirit that will live on in all of us.
