Mary Yolanda Corsi, nee Capece, of Martins Creek, PA, age 95. Beloved wife of the late Guido; loving mother of Mary (Kevin) Baldwin, Lenora Straub, the late Guido Michael and the late Diana Lee; proud grandmother of Diana, Christopher, Mark, Melissa and the late Kevin Michael; great-grandmother of Christopher, Mallory, Oliver, Eloise and August; preceded in death by her parents, Bernardo and Salferina, her step-mother Anna and her sisters Antoinette, Lena and Onarina; fond aunt and great-aunt of many. Mary worked in the garment industry all her life, starting at the age of 13. She was pen pals with her husband Guido before they married at the age of 19. Guido and Mary were known for their giant garden and for their generosity of sharing the fruits and vegetables they produced with all those that needed it in their community. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at St. Giles Church, 1045 Columbian, Oak Park from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. (the Mass will be livestreamed at https://youtube.com/live/sM4cScdD6jg?feature=share ).
