Michael J. Murray formerly of Momence and Westchester, age 62. Loving father of Erin (Matt Crawford) Murray, Kyle Murray, Kelly (Jake Lytton) Murray and Luke Murray; proud grandfather of Jameson Crawford; preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Marian Murray; dear brother of Cindy (Steve) Johnson, Pam (Bill) Read and Don (MaryAnn) Murray; fond uncle of many.

Mike was a lifelong sports fan. He loved attending Illini basketball games with his kids, sharing sports statistics, and drinking Polar Pops. He also enjoyed keeping up with current events, playing Yahtzee, and listening to XRT radio station. He always insisted on getting around without a map and loved to share his shortcut secrets. He was known for his goofy personality and animated stories about his life. He made friends everywhere he went, and his silly nature will be missed by many.
