It is with love, honor and respect that we share with you the passing of our Dad, Dr. Patrick C. Carbon II, on 4/29/2025. He was from Westchester formerly of River Forest, Oak Park and Melrose Park, age 94. Beloved husband for 58 years to the late Marise, nee Trosch; loving father of Debbie Carbon (late John) Motsinger, Patrick (Jay) (ex-wife Patricia) Carbon III, Greg (Mary) Carbon, Marise Carbon (late Robert) Lukasik, Jeanne Carbon (Greg) Greben and Jenny (ex-husband Chris Rickman) Carbon; proud grandfather of Amie, John, Kelly, Robert, Shannon, Elizabeth, Patrick, Gina, Greg, Matthew, Joshua, Gianna, Julia, and Johannah; great-grandfather of Max, Paxton, Odin, Frances, Tayen, Raymond, Lincoln, PatrickV, Cara, and Michael; preceded in death by his siblings John, Donald, Richard, Jeanne and Bobby; fond uncle of many. Patrick was a graduate of Fenwick High School where he obtained a scholarship to DePaul Class of '52 and graduated from Loyola Medical School in '56. He had a private practice for 56 years at Oak Park Hospital and was on staff at Oak Park, Westlake, Gottlieb North Lake, Loretto and Cook County hospitals. He was Medical Board President at Oak Park Hospital and earned the Doctor of the Year award there in 1989. He also served in the 5th army reserves. Patrick loved all Chicago sports teams, especially the White Sox. All to meet Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Divine Providence Church, 2550 Mayfair, Westchester for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass.
