Penelope Nicole Leonard, born April 25, 1937, passed away June 19, 2025, at the age of 88.

Penny was a loving mother and grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend with a warm, kind, and generous soul.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Maria Johnson (nee Tzini), her sisters, Elaine Johnson and Joanne (late Theodore Donhauser), her brother, John Johnson, and Lewis Leonard (Phoebe's and Zach's father).

She is survived by her children, Phoebe Radosevich (Steve), and Zach.  Penny loved her children and showed them by her nature how to celebrate and welcome the best in people.

She shared this gift with her grandchildren, Alexandra, Christopher, and Nicholas, whom she adored and who adored her.

Penny is also survived by her sisters, Aline Stephanie (late James), Louise Hoyvald (late Neils), and Patricia Hunter (Jack), and her brother, Robert Johnson (Karen), her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews all of whom delighted in each other's company through all the holidays, ski trips, and sunny days on the pier they spent together throughout her life.

Her many friends and family loved her fun-loving spirit, her comedic timing, wit, and great sense of humor, her abundant generosity, and her remarkable ability to create a celebration and all the recipes and feasts to make it spectacular.

Penny now rests with the knowledge that she lived a full and brave life of loving the people around her, confronting and enduring the hard challenges given to her, and giving of her beautiful spirit to all those with whom she came in contact.
