Robert S. Weck, age 70, of Westchester. Loving father of Lisha Weck. Dear brother of Laura Weck. Former spouse and dearest friend of Donna Weck. Bob was a longtime resident of Westchester and a huge car enthusiast.

Bob was a lot of things to a lot of people. The guy you asked what was wrong with your car, who might have also sold you a car, the guy with all the Westchester stories at the bar, or the best Fourth of July fireworks display on the block. Cars were one of his passions in life but he always tried to do what was fair, not necessarily what would just get him ahead in life. That's probably why being a car salesman was more of a lifelong hobby than a professional career.

One thing he was to everyone was kind. He believed that most people were good and in giving people a chance. The calm, open minded, friendliness he radiated is evident in the sheer number of memories and friends he accumulated throughout his life.

A Celebration of Bob's Life will occur Thursday, January 16th from 5-9pm at Irish Times 8869 Burlington Ave, Brookfield www.irishtimespub.com

In lieu of flowers and gifts the family asks donations be made in Bob's name to the Westchester Food Pantry where he volunteered.
