Susan Adams, of Forest Park, age 69. Beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Evelyn Adams; loving sister of David (Michelle) Adams and the late Raymond Adams.

Susan was an avid softball player and a Chicago Super Fan of the Cubs, Bears and Hawks. She was kind, generous, charitable and a friend to all who she met.

Cermak Road, Westchester on Thursday, November 5, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitation Friday 9:00 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. proceeding to St. Bernardine Church for an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass.
