In loving memory of William (Bill) Christensen, 87 who passed away peacefully at home on Friday November 17th. He was a lifelong Oak Park resident. Devoted husband to the late Irene (nee Hutchinson); cherished father of Bill, Kathy (Cerrato) Christensen, Cindy (John) Corcoran; doting Papa to Bridget, Colleen, Skylar and Conor.

With a career spanning 50 years in construction as part of Union 1 (now Union 183), he built not only structures but lasting relationships with those around him. William found joy in fishing expeditions in Canada and Florida, sharing his tales of his adventures. He also loved playing cards with his fishing buddies. However, his true passion lay in the laughter and love he shared with his four grandkids and children.
